I graduated from the Lakewood School of Therapeutic Massage in early 2018.
Prior to that, I had trained in therapeutic massage in 1992 in London, UK, gaining an ITEC Diploma in Professional Massage. I moved into a different career direction, working in varying social care settings, before moving to Michigan nearly ten years ago.
My desire to learn Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) led me back to massage training. I am currently training in CST through the Upledger Institute and am able to practice the basic CST protocol.
I also trained in Reiki from Beaumont Hospital, levels 1,2, and 3. I was part of helping to start their Reiki volunteer program at Beaumont, Grosse Pointe.
